To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month, Simple Habit is hosting a Meditation Challenge. The winner will receive a free one-year subscription of Simple Habit Premium.
We invite you to meditate daily and to participate in weekly mini-challenges that will qualify you for an entry into the raffle. Join our community in bringing greater awareness and discussion to the importance of our mental health.
